My Goals
Walk 3 miles a day, 5 days a week for 3 months.
Swim 5 laps a day, 5 days a week for 3 months.
Drink 64 ounces of water a day every day for 6 months.
No carbonated beverages for 3 months.
No fast food for 3 months.
Cook dinner from scratch every day for 2 weeks.
Vegetables and fruit with dinner every day for 3 weeks.
Make a meal entirely from farmers' market 10 times.
Mostly organic dinner from scratch 3 times a week for 3 weeks.
No fried food for one month.
Walk length of Longfellow Creek trail, walking to and from home, 5 times.
Walk or bike 15 miles of the Burke Gillman trail.
Walk to Lincoln Park and back home 10 times.
Lose 50 pounds.
Log all food eaten for 3 months.
Eat 101 foods I've never tried before.
Floss daily for a month.
Eat vegetarian for a month.
Jump rope 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for a month.
Ski or snowboard a green Whistler run, or equal elsewhere.
Write a congratulatory letter and a complaint letter to an elected official.
Do "parents night out" or similar 3 months in a row.
Update our family website at least weekly for 3 months.
No TV for 1 week.
No internet for 1 week.
Go on a trip of at least 3 nights somewhere I haven't been before.
Spice up my sex life for a month.
Make Andy's fuzzy feet.
Finish my mom's knitted socks that I started years ago.
Learn to throw a 6" pot.
Make a house cleaning schedule and stick to it for 3 months.
Keep car clean of debris for 3 months.
No dirty dishes or pans left out overnight for 3 months.
Trash and recycling bins brought up from the curb by noon for 3 months.
Complete 10 major tasks in home renovation project.
Keep bedroom clean of piles of clothes and laundry for one month.
Don't say the word "no" to Isabella for 3 non-consecutive days.
